Pacific Spirit Regional Park covers 763 hectares of forest and foreshore of Point Grey and the mouth of the Fraser River around the University of British Columbia (UBC), just west of Vancouver city centre. The park was created in 1975. Much of the beach along the foreshore here is designated as 'clothing optional'.
Within the park are 54Km of walking and hiking trains, 38Km of which are multi-use paths shared with cyclists and horse riding. The park centre is found on 16th Avenue. Some of the walking trails within the park include:
