Riverside Meadow lies south of Wallingford Bridge on the East bank of the River Thames in the parish of Crowmarsh Gifford. This public meadow is managed for public enjoyment and for wildlife by the Earth Trust on behalf of Wallingford Town Council. In the winter it forms an important defence as a floodplain and in the summer a place for picnics, bathing in the river and the mooring of pleasure boats.
