Some of the finest Victorian buildings in Hastings can be found around Warrior Square. The planted area shown in this picture was created 1902 when the statue of Queen Victoria, which stands facing the sea, was erected. The square is next to the sea front, just a little west of Hastings Pier. Just north of the square is Warrior Square St Leonards railway station.
