Salhouse Broad is one of the Norfolk Broads, man-made water features resulting from peat digging in the middle ages. This view is from a hill overlooking the broad. Beyond the broad itself the River Bure leads to other broads in the area such as Hoveton Great anf Little Broads, Wroxham Broad, Ranworth Broad and the interestingly named Cookshoot and Decoy Broads.
