The Queen's Gallery in Edinburgh shows rotating exhibitions formed from the Royal Collection. The Royal Collection is the result of 500 years of art collecting by the kings and queens of Britain over the centuries. It is held in trust for the Nation and not the personal property of the current sovereign.

The Queen's Gallery was built inside the shell of Holyrood Free Church and Duchess of Gordon's School. Designed by Benjamin Tindall and opened by HM Queen Elizabeth II in November 2002 as part of her Golden Jubilee celebrations, it is the first permenant exhibition space in Scotland to show parts of the Royal Collection. As a result, the Queen's Gallery has become a popular tourist attraction in Edinburgh.

The Queen's Gallery is part of the Palace of Holyroodhouse complex. It stands in Canongate at the end of the Royal Mile opposite the Scottish Parliament Buildings on the edge of Holyrood Park.

The Queen's Gallery is open daily. Entrance fees apply and tickets may be purchased either at the door or from the Royal Collection website. Annual passes are also available.
